Jacqui Rose

CEO, CO-FOUNDER AND PRESIDENT

Jacqui is the CEO and President of Pinnacle Revenue Management, Inc. Ms. Rose is an experienced reimbursement executive with over 20 years of experience in revenue cycle management. Jacqui has a diverse background in revenue management, software implementation, assisting clients with AR acquisitions, full AR outsourcing, developing/training AR teams and AR recovery. Prior to the inception of Pinnacle, Jacqui served as a reimbursement manager for 16 years for a home infusion reimbursement company. Under her leadership and strategic planning, her teams have produced bottom-line results and have a proven track record in AR recovery. Jacqui prides herself in her ability to cultivate a professional and driven team to assist Pinnacle’s clients in their road to success.

Jasmine Colon

SENIOR MANAGER OF REVENUE CYCLE

Jasmine is the Senior Manager of Revenue Cycle at Pinnacle Revenue Management, Inc with over 14 years of full revenue cycle experience. Jasmine has been with Pinnacle since 2015 and has been a tremendous success to Pinnacle’s growth. Jasmine’s started her career in home infusion as a biller/collector many years ago and has since grown her areas of expertise from government payers to quality assurance with new patients. Jasmine manages the cash application team, as well as a team of Revenue Cycle Analysts and ensures Pinnacle is meeting our client’s goals. Jasmine enjoys the challenging accounts and consistently works toward increasing our clients’ bottom line.

Samantha Moran

SUPERVISOR OF REVENUE CYCLE

Samantha is the Supervisor of Revenue Cycle at Pinnacle Revenue Management, Inc. and has been with Pinnacle since 2015. Samantha is Pinnacle’s benefit verifications and authorizations infusion suite business line guru. She also oversees infusion suite billing, coding, and full revenue cycle. She takes pride in her expertise in many software platforms and her ability to navigate them all. Samantha is driven to improve customer and patient satisfaction through her leadership.

Bobbi-Ann O’Connor

SUPERVISOR OF CASH APPLICATION

Bobbi-Ann is the Supervisor of Cash Application and has been with Pinnacle Revenue Management, Inc. since 2015. Bobbi-Ann began her career at Pinnacle as an Analyst and found her niche in the cash department. Bobbi-Ann rapidly excelled into a position as supervisor of the cash team and loves the challenge of identifying and resolving cash discrepancies in a timely manner. Bobbi-Ann is a great communicator and works side by side with our clients to ensure cash is reconciled daily. Bobbi-Ann takes pride in ensuring that her team achieves cash goals efficiently and timely.

Katerina Pirrotta

SUPERVISOR OF BENEFITS INVESTIGATION & INTAKE

Katerina is the Supervisor of Benefits Investigation and Intake at Pinnacle Revenue Management, joining the team in 2021. Katerina comes from a hospital-based infusion background but has quickly been able to apply her expertise to office and infusion suite-based treatment. Katerina works directly with clients to ensure patient treatment is covered by their plan and that the patients themselves can afford their care. She enjoys seeing the results of her teams’ hard work and dedication when patients can receive their specialty treatments that render them and overall better quality of life.

Shelly Parent

SUPERVISOR OF REVENUE CYCLE

Shelly is the Supervisor of Revenue Cycle at Pinnacle Revenue Management, Inc. and has been with Pinnacle since 2016. Shelly has over 20 years of experience in Home Infusion Billing and Collections, making her Pinnacle’s Home Infusion Billing guru. By consistently exceeding expectations Shelly has been able to increase her Billing team’s productivity resulting in minimal denials and maximized revenue.

Samantha Grigg

PROJECT & IMPLEMENTATIONS MANAGER

Samantha is the Project and Implementations Manager at Pinnacle Revenue Management; Inc. Samantha began her career with Pinnacle back in 2020 as a Revenue Analyst and has rapidly advanced through various roles within revenue cycle, eventually reaching a leadership position. In this capacity, Samantha has managed critical aspects within the Infusion Suite and Home Infusion lines of business, and has a wide range of knowledge in all aspects of revenue cycle. Samantha plays a crucial role in mentoring new analysts, helping them enhance their revenue cycle skills and knowledge of the AIC and HIT business lines. Samantha is passionate about helping clients achieve their revenue cycle goals. In her current role as Project and Implementations Manager Samantha collaborates with both startup and established infusion clients offering her expertise in guiding them through successful implementations and projects. This involves ensuring smooth processes and maximizing their revenue potential.

David Belhumeur

CO-FOUNDER, BOARD MEMBER AND ADVISOR

David is a co-founder of Pinnacle Revenue Management, Inc. Mr. Belhumeur has co-owned and served as President of Healthcare Automation, Inc. and its sister company, Advantage Reimbursement, Inc. In addition, he has co-owned and served as CEO of McCabe Software, Inc. and its sister company, Agitar Technologies Inc. David is a co-founder of Oridium LLC, a technology investment and management firm and has started or purchased several other businesses during his career. He has served as CFO of NationStreet, Inc, an Internet Capital Group company, and CFO of Daly & Wolcott, Inc., an international provider of distribution management software. David received his Master’s degree (MBA) and his undergraduate degree from Bryant University and is a CPA. For more than 20 years David has been involved with The Tomorrow Fund at Hasbro Children’s Hospital, a local charity that provides financial and emotional support to children with cancer and their families. He has served on The Tomorrow Fund Board of Directors as President and Treasurer and in various other capacities and on numerous committees.

Ken Pereira

CO-FOUNDER, BOARD MEMBER AND ADVISOR

Ken Pereira is a business catalyst that starts and guides businesses in which he personally invests. Ken has over 25 years of experience in healthcare and healthcare technology, with a focus in the outpatient space (i.e. home health, home infusion, specialty pharmacy, etc.) and is an active investor. Ken challenges Entrepreneurs and CEO’s and guides them to create value for all shareholders, customers, and employees of the organization. Ken is currently the Director and Co-Owner of Pinnacle Revenue Management, a firm that bills, collects, consults and builds systems for successful outpatient healthcare firms so that revenue and collections are optimized. He also is a Director and Founder of Eventus Rx, Inc., a specialty pharmacy located in Ft. Myers, FL and a Director and shareholder of Epoch Sleep Centers in Lincoln, RI. In these businesses, Ken has personally invested and has an active role in the stewardship of the business. Ken is the former VP/GM of Alternate Care Solutions at Mediware Information Systems (2009- 2012), he led the Alternate Care Solutions Group at Mediware (NASDAQ: MEDW), which includes Healthcare Automation, Inc’s HomecareNet software team, Advantage Reimbursement’s team for full reimbursement outsourcing in homecare and Mediware’s added products for outpatient and specialty markets. From 2003- 2009, Ken was the CEO of Healthcare Automation, Inc. where he had purchased the company (previously owned 1988-1996) from corporate owners and led a miraculous turnaround, bringing the company from large losses to a profitable entity in a very short time. He positioned the company into a leadership position in academic medical center home infusion automation, growing the sales 100% and eventually, selling the company to Mediware in 2009. Ken has also co-owned various technology companies and has led many acquisitions, mergers, financings, and sales in creating value for its shareholders. He has an MBA from Babson College and a BSBA from Bryant University.
